Service Terms

For Customers: You can post cleaning jobs, schedule appointments, and make payments through the platform. You are responsible for providing accurate information about the job and location.
For Cleaners: Cleaners can browse and accept available jobs based on proximity and availability. Cleaners are responsible for completing jobs as agreed and maintaining professional standards.

Payments

Payment to Cleaners: Cleaners will be paid based on the job completed. Imperial Cleaning Holdings LLC acts as the payment intermediary, taking a percentage for maintenance, marketing, and security.
Customer Payments: Customers will pay for the cleaning service as agreed upon. If a job is disputed, funds will be held until the issue is resolved.
Tips: Customers can choose to tip cleaners after job completion. The platform facilitates the tip payment, with a small fee for processing.

Job Disputes

In the event of a dispute between the customer and the cleaner, Imperial Cleaning Holdings LLC will act as a mediator. Funds may be held until the dispute is resolved. Both parties are required to cooperate and provide documentation, including before-and-after photos, to facilitate resolution.

Termination and Suspension

For Customers: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our terms, post fraudulent information, or misuse the service.
For Cleaners: Cleaners who fail to meet professional standards, fail a background check, or
engage in inappropriate behavior may have their access revoked.

Limitation of Liability

Imperial Cleaning Holdings LLC is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the completion of jobs. We facilitate the transaction and ensure job quality but are not responsible for accidents or issues occurring on-site.

Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Imperial Cleaning Holdings LLC operates.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the new terms.
